The Client is solely responsible for any and all harm or damage caused by their dog while it is under the care of Dipity Dogs, or is using any other services provided by Dipity Dogs, and agrees to indemnify Dipity Dogs in full against any liability arising from such harm or damage to third parties.
  2. The Client agrees that, in admitting their dog, Dipity Dogs has relied on the Client’s representation that their dog is in good health and has not harmed or shown aggression or threatening behaviour toward any person or any other dog.
  3. All dogs will be subject to an initial assessment by Dipity Dogs staff prior to their first scheduled walk. A full consultation and trial walk will be carried out. A two-month probationary period will be in place from the point of consultation. Dipity Dogs reserves the right to refuse admission to any dog or client deemed in their view as unsuitable.
  4. Dipity Dogs will give or accept one week's notice should the client or Dipity Dogs request to terminate the services; unless exceptional circumstances arise and then services will be terminated with immediate effect.
  5. Dipity Dogs require payment for services as agreed at consultation to be paid on the first day of that weeks walks. Late payment will not be accepted and failure to pay promptly as agreed will result in termination of services.
  6. The Client agrees to notify Dipity Dogs immediately of any unwelcome, aggressive, procreative, or dangerous behaviour of their dog that has the potential to cause harm to any other dog or individual.
  7. The Client is responsible for the full cost of treatment of any injuries or illness that their dog receives while under the care of Dipity Dogs, together with any associated costs e.g. call-out charges. The Client authorises the staff of Dipity Dogs to seek such veterinary advice and/or treatment as they deem necessary; where possible this will be carried out by the Client’s usual/preferred Vet, but this cannot be guaranteed (e.g. in an emergency) and the Client accepts that the staff of Dipity Dogs may at their discretion use any registered Vet. The Client agrees to pay all such costs immediately upon pick-up of their dog, or by agreement with the proprietor.
  8. Dipity Dogs reserves the right to refuse admission if the Client fails to provide adequate proof of vaccinations or the vaccinations are found to be expired or otherwise incomplete. We also reserve the right to refuse admission if proof of microchipping cannot be provided[1].
  9. The Client agrees to take any necessary measures or precautions to ensure that their dog is continuously free of contagious, infectious, or otherwise communicable diseases. 11. The Client agrees that Dipity Dogs is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged leads, collars, tags, clothing or any other item left with their dog.
  12. The Client agrees to provide keys/arrange access to the dog for the agreed appointment; failure to do so will result in a cancellation for that day’s service and will be paid in full by the client.
  13. The Client agrees that by signing the key holder waiver form this will indemnify Dipity Dogs in full against any liability arising from loss or damage to the property or its contents, in the present and future circumstances.
  14. No variation of these Terms and Conditions will have effect unless confirmed by Dipity Dogs in writing.
[1] From 6th April 2016 owners of dogs found by the police or local authorities not to have a microchip will have the benefits explained to them and be given a short period to comply with the microchipping law. If they do not, they could face a fine of up to £500.

Chris & Rick Knapman

"Gayle has been wonderful, walking our dog Byron since Rick fell on the ice injuring his leg.  Byron adores her and he waits every morning, tail wagging, for her arrival.  We would recommend her to anyone who needs help exercising their dog."

Debbie Hodgetts

"Just fabulous!  So lucky to have Gayle on my doorstep - she truly cares about the dogs and they could not be in better hands."

Jill Parker

"Just so pleased Gayle has started her dog walking business in Cleobury Mortimer.  She is a pure dog lover, kind and very caring.  She varies the dogs walks to suit their abilities and always leaves a note to say how the walk went."

Louise Brown

"So pleased we found Gayle.  My dogs bonded right away with her.  Lovely lady, so caring and loves the dogs.  They have a great long walk and couldn't be in better hands."
